How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Orders are processed as they are received. It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for order fulfillment, although most are packed for shipping sooner (This does not include shipping transit time). Please allow extra time during holidays and online store sales periods when we are experiencing a high volume of orders. We always do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is based on your total order. You may enter your zip code at the top of your shopping cart before you enter your credit card information to determine the total cost of your order.

Is international shipping available?

International shipping is available. Packages are shipped via USPS International First Class. These packages typically take 2-3 weeks longer than domestic orders.

What shipping options are available?

USPS First Class Mail is available for most orders. USPS First Class Mail takes approximately 5-10 business days.

What is the exchange policy?

All items may be exchanged up to 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping charges may be incurred. If item is damaged or incorrect the item will be exchanged with no additional costs.
